I’m no stranger to the struggle and growth pains of startup companies. I was a COO/founder of one and I help grew this company from one to 100 employees. This company is now a chain of restaurants with different brands under its belt. I was also an HR consultant for small and medium businesses before moving abroad and becoming an expat.
Online, I worked as a project manager + copywriter for a sales funnel agency where I helped womxn coaches set up funnels, launch their brands and courses, webinars, and ecommerce business. I became an online business manager soon after for a 7-figure client in the consulting industry and grew the company to a team of 20. Fast forward to 2019, I have helped both product and service based online businesses with branding, growth, systems and operations including two start-up womxn owned companies in the ecommerce space.

Achiever – I feel a sense of purpose when I accomplish something for the day. I like my list and I like to plan around it. I have an immense need to feel productive.
Command – Leading comes naturally to me, and I am not afraid to take charge of any situation. I also know what things need to be done, and whom I should delegate tasks to.
Deliberative – I am a strategist and I weigh options all the time when making decisions. I assess and take calculated risks especially when it comes to business.
Whether it’s for streamlining a process, system, marketing or managing client stuff – I never run out of ideas and strategies. I geek out on anything tech, funnels, digital marketing, branding, design, processes and systems.

Working with different clients also allowed me to use different tools. I personally take it upon myself to learn a particular technology/tool that clients use before I ask a team member to do a task. She has over 11 years of business experience. Before becoming an expat and a “trailing” spouse, she ran a successful chain of restaurants (still growing and now franchising!) and an HR consulting practice in the Philippines.
She suffered from postpartum depression while living in Russia and realized that she was never meant to be just be a stay at home mom. So, she gathered up her old contacts and continued her hr consulting practice, mostly hiring and outsourcing for clients in the US and the UK. With her love for entrepreneurship and business, along with her extensive network of world-class online workers and freelancers in Asia, she created her digital support agency and online business.
